How the math works
Each banner has a hard pity (a 5★ is guaranteed) and a soft pity window where the per-pull drop rate ramps up. This calculator models the commonly observed ramp: from the soft-pity pull onward the rate steps up by ~6% per pull until it reaches 100% at hard pity. Before soft pity the base rate is ~0.6% per pull.
The featured chance multiplies the 5★ drop chance by your guarantee state: 50% on a 50/50, 100% if you previously lost the 50/50 (character/weapon banners), or 100% once weapon-banner fate points reach 2.
