As a Electro bow user, Kujou Sara scales with Electro-Charged, Superconduct and Overload reactions, so the artifact Goblet almost always favors Electro Damage Bonus and the substats favor Crit Rate, Crit DMG and the relevant offensive stat. The recommended weapons above all belong to the BOW class, which matches Kujou Sara's attack pattern — using an off-class weapon would waste passives tuned to this kit. Where two weapons tie on paper, the better pick depends on whether your rotation is burst-focused or normal-attack-focused, and on what else is in your roster.
